On Saturday 23rd March, we're having a very special fish-themed night at the Pennington.
Meander through six fabulous tasting courses prepared for you by Pennington Head Chef the talented Helen Todd in the comfort of the Estuary dining room.
Dinner is served at 7.30pm for this special event. Places are limited and booking is essential! £40.00 per person - call us to book.

Mussel, bacon, leek & cider Mussels steamed in a cider leek and bacon sauce, served with farmhouse bread.
Red mullet, blood orange, fennel & almond Citrus cured red mullet, fennel remoulade,orange and almond dressing, fresh blood orange
Cod, coconut, lemongrass, peanut & coriander Cod poached in a coconut and lemongrass stock, peanut and coriander salad
Bream, asparagus, crab, mustard & tarragon Pan roast fillet of bream, crab beignet, asparagus, mustard and tarragon sauce
Rhubarb, ginger & vanilla Vanilla Pannacotta textures of rhubarb and ginger parkin
