On Saturday 12th October, we're having the next in our series of very special fish tasting nights at the Pennington.
Meander through the fabulous seven-course menu prepared for you by Pennington Head Chef the talented Helen Todd in the comfort of the Estuary dining room.
Dinner is served at 7.30pm for this special event. Places are limited and booking is essential!
Fish Tasting Evening Menu
Mussels Steamed with cider, tarragon and creme fraiche
Mackerel Duo of local mackerel, beetroot & salsa verde
Monkfish Curried monkfish, puffed wild rice, mint yoghurt & apple
Lemon sorbet with gin and tonic granita
Halibut Pan-roast halibut, cauliflower textures, brown shrimp butter and samphire
Dessert Flavours of blackberry, pear and amaretti
£45 per person
Our regular menu will be available through in the bar, please note, from 6pm through to 8.15pm.
